Welcome to the ETS enviromental group blog! The aim of this blog is to keep everyone up-to-date with what we've been up to each Tuesday, and to provide some useful links to sites of interest, as well as anything else of interest. As I get better at navigating around this site, I'll add some photos of 'kids in action' ! The first two weeks, the enviro kids of Rooms 3 & 4 had an orientation around our edible gardens and orchard, picked some plums and took home recipes to make plum jam. Mrs Morrison brought in pikelets and plum jam from home to help inspire our budding jam makers! Mrs King took some children and harvested corn, cooked it up, and we enjoyed eating that too. As we all come to grips with the new recycling bins at home, we will endeavour to do the same at school and the group will be looking at how well our new system of rubbish is going. We'd love to hear your thoughts and suggestions
